In the name of God Amen of John Tomkinson of Marston in the county of Stafford yeamon Being weak of Body But of a sound Disposing mind and memory thanks be to God for it Do make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and forme following ________
Item I give unto my Son Richard Tomkinson five pounds____
Item I give unto my Son John Tomkinson ten pounds________
Item I give unto my Son in Law Henry Dale eight pounds___
Item I give unto my Daughter Ellin Hart too pounds________
Item I give unto my Grand Son John Tomkinson son of Francis Tomkinson the bed whereon I usually Ly with all furniture to it my chest my black mare the clock in the House place______
Item I give unto my Son Francis Tomkinson fifteen pounds and Hee to pay my Debts and Funelal Expences and I leaue my Son Francis Tomkinson Sole executor of this my last will in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twenty third day of october in the year 1728
